running away was never the right answer to problems. maya knew that. after all, so many people had seemed to run away from her life. she knew how it felt to be the one left behind and even if she felt like by taking riley with her no one would miss her, riley would be missed dearly. and she couldn’t do that o her best friend or the matthews. plus she knew running away was wrong.
