FFXIV raids are a major vocal stim hazard to me - I love just blurting out lines like "Webs... LIKE UNTO CHAINS!" or "A PACK OF WOLVES" or "I am the Emissary, and I shall never die" apropos of nothing whenever I'm in a period where I'm actively playing the game.

Final Fantasy XIV's duty roulette is such an elegant system - a very clever way to reward veteran players with currency and other relevant rewards while also ensuring that newer low level players are still able to queue for older content and experience an amazing digital Syrcus.

It was annoying me that the scene from Beginning of a New Era of Jungle Pocket having a breakdown over Agnes' retirement wasn't uploaded online so I uploaded it myself (reuploaded to tumblr because YT copyright struck it which explains why no one else had done it-).

I'm very fond of this scene, the emotional implosion caused by what has become her obsession suddenly and abruptly being denied to her and causing her to question whether her achievements mean anything anymore was really well captured.

The campaign begins! With a crew of 4, we have just the right amount of people to man a T-34 (named Kormoran as is my tradition) in the campaign from Moscow to Stalingrad, though unfortunately these early model T-34s have some very unfortunate flaws - the commander has to double as the gunner which means they can't focus on spotting, and because the only other hatch on the vehicle is the driver's, it means the first round of every skirmish I need to sacrifice either the ability to fire or to move so one of those crew can spot the enemies...

Anyway, making up our crew we have @sensha-hime in the Commander/Gunner position, @necrowyrm in the Driver position, @treesurface's Orietta in the Co-Driver/Bow Machine Gunner position, and my Perrine in the Loader position! Let us march towards liberation, URA!
