I am now very curious about the Fourth Crusade/Crusades/Knights Templar/Siege of Damascus tabs. (History fan here)

I'm finally finishing up my springlock pinch hit. I don't know why this fic has been fighting me so much (probably because it's the first johnlock I've written in ages), but damn.

Anyway, John is the nearly 900-year-old son of a Valkyrie and a Templar Knight. I'm a bit rusty on my Crusades history, so I had to do some research before he could talk about his early years:)
