I was playing around with Vallejo Metal medium. It turned out... creamy is what I'm going to go with. I wouldn't say it's metal although it does have some shimmer to it. Not a big fan of the metal medium. It lightens the color and it turns out mediocre.

What is he pointing at anyway? I feel like pointing is just not fancy enough to be a part of spellcasting. Maybe he is declaring something. Maybe he's giving directions. I don't know maybe he's at a football game and his team is #1. Your guess is as good as mine.

This is in my Monster Miniature series where I buy miniatures ridiculously cheap and try to turn them over on EBAY so I can buy more expensive miniatures to paint that look a whole lot better.

So... buy my miniatures please. I need the money. I have an addiction that must be fed.

I tried out some new colorshift and metallic paint this weekend. I know they were intended for airbrush use but...... I used a paint brush 🤷

These are all painted over a black base layer (not glossy) in about 3 layers.

The vallejo paints are EXTRA liquid making it hard to use with a brush. Overall I preferred the coverage and texture of the Turbo Dork paints but I'll have to wait for winter to be done so I don't get more paint ruined by the cold during shipping.

This was a fun little project, I should resume normal activities soon.

I highly recommend this paint set if you want to improve your wood and leather paint jobs.
