The Great Valleyrock

Valleyrock is the tallest mountain on Jabbu, and the fifth tallest mountain on all of Thear. With a peak of 45,000 ft this monster can be seen for miles, almost making the small east range nonexistent. The mountain far passes the tree zone, and from that point up temperatures can drop to as low as -75 degrees C! Because of both its size and rich resources, the mountain became the home of the Steliniens for many years--the ones on Jabbu that is. Its heart is now filled with mines and caverns beyond the imagination, and at its heart valleys of the rare Magrock scatter.

The mountain however would loose its glory when the second and final Shadow war ended, bring forth the start of the sixth Era. The planet had suffered in the conflict and its mantel's normal rate of movement had increased tremendously for the time being. Over the next 4000 years the great rock would have land rise around and oceans back away as it crept in to join the long span of the Great Snowy Mountains--its Stelinite inhabitants using the last of its collapsed mines to escape before all the city was lost to ruin. Where they had vanished to during the time is unknown but after the point when the planet had once again calmed to its normal rate, the mountain and it people where never to be heard from again...

Скриллекс был прекрасен. Ну, то есть, не он сам или его музыка, за исключением пары отличных техно-работ, которые сопровождались изображениями котиков и курочек на экране, а в масштабах всего шоу. Свет, пар, огонь, эта хреновина, напоминающая космический корабль, и его воздушные поцелуи публике были выше всяких похвал. При таком сочетании сложно устоять на ногах вертикально, хотелось скакать и биться в припадочных конвульсиях. Проще говоря - вести себя как животное. Хорошо, что рядом не было моих знакомых, они бы точно не одобрили. My Bloody Valentine просто великолепная (или великая, кому что по душе) группа! При минимуме шоу, их тихие слова благодарности и музыка, пробивающая насквозь оставили неизгладимое впечатление. Завершили они свое выступление несколькими минутами чистого нойза, от которого особо слабенькие организмы закрывали уши, а в душе кричали "хватит, золотая антилопа, довольно", но mbv и не думали останавливаться. Это была не стена звука, это были копья звука, отправленные персонально каждому в уютной и как будто семейной обстановке. Людей было много перед сценой, но никто не старался залезть другому на голову или вырваться вперед. Все просто стояли, слушали и покачивали головой в такт!

Valley Rock: день второй

Купив порцию джин тоника в моей любимой палатке, получил бесплатный пакет чипсов от кореянки, которая встретила меня радушной широкой улыбкой. Мне нравится это правило: хочешь пожрать бесплатно - бухай! Для меня все веселье начнется только с 10 вечера, когда начнет выступать Скриллекс, а за ним часовое шоу от My Bloody Valentine.
