Creative Use of Spells...
Tonight's D&D session for the Valorous Vanguard ended up being a case study in creative uses of a flying carpet and Leomund's Tiny Hut.
The barbarian and the paladin get on the carpet and hold the wizard upside down beneath it by her ankles. The wizard then casts Tiny Hut, which comes out upside-down because she's upside-down, creating an impenetrable spherical bowl. Party climbs inside and because they were not inside when she cast it, they do not pass through. The flying carpet, to which Tiny Hut is attached, then flies over the field of randomly exploding lava geysers with none of the party imperiled.
This then sparked a long conversation about the ways Tiny Hut can be used to make a magical, floating combat tank...
I love Dungeons and Dragons.
