Father when is the last time you had a full night's sleep? (Or at least six hours)

I had six hours of sleep before I went to work yesterday. The problem is, six hours isn't enough for me. I need somewhere between 7--9 hours of sleep to feel fully rested (discovered this within the past four years).

I also previously worked the night shift so I'd work late, sleep late. So I'm having trouble adjusting to working in the mornings
