When my cousin had dental surgery she remembered everything that happened at first and her memories slowly vanished as the drugs wore off. she said it was the weirdest feeling ever.
Definitely going to have to agree with your cousin on that. At first, everything was mostly clear. Now I can remember is how the nose breather mask thing they gave me was blowing directly into my left eye, having a clear view of nothing but the plaque on the wall, and that they were all talking about some chick on a tv show that was making a bunch of horrible life choices. Then I was done and laying down in this dark recovery room tearing up while they fetched Husband from the lobby. All together not exactly an unpleasant experience, but one I can only hope I will never having to experience again. At least not until I can get things lined up to get my implants.

You have made me realize that I've seen more movies with Fassbender in them than I previously thought.
It's kind of strange, huh? He was in a number of films/series that tons of people have seen, though in secondary roles (300, Inglourious Basterds, Band of Brothers). I guess he wasn't super well-known then over here in America between 2001-2011, because I had no idea who he was. I only vaguely knew who he was in Prometheus, and I'd seen X-men: First Class the year prior and had loved him as Erik. Kind of weird how long it takes for certain celebrities to be on your radar. And now, of course, he's front and center for me. I adore his body of work.
