How would Vampire!Caspian react to an MC who liked to spend time with him and wish he wouldn't hide from them? How would he react if they said they liked him feeding from them because (it felt good and) it meant they were keeping him strong and healthy, and that they trusted him?

Caspian would have a hard time accepting it. It's not that he doesn't trust the MC, because he does... it would just be hard for him to feed from someone he loves. With enough coaxing and a plan (with a bunch of back up plans) Caspian would relent and feed from the MC. Enjoying the intimacy that the action causes and the bond that is created because of the act.

Of course, a part of him will always be cautious. He never wants to live in the reality when he isn't.
