Vampires but they steal your fat instead of blood. People tried saving themselves by getting implants, but then the implant vampire showed up.

I loooove size theft, and I always liked the idea of fat vampires - both the 'regular vampires but they get bloated and fat from overdoing it' or actually fat stealing vampires.

Well, this is just how evolution works. Fatness is obviously a very pretended trait that many people want, the sheer amount of blobbiness that some people have reached, their weight, their shiny sweaty bodies from moving a few inches, all of that proved to fight off regular vampires to near extinction, I mean, they can try nibbling all the want but they're basically just nibbling on that protective fatty tissue. The fact there's hundreds or thousands (if not hundreds OF thousands) of pounds of said fatty tissue is just an extra defense.

So, now they don't drink the blood, but they sort of absorb the fatty tissue through their mouths directly incorporating it into their bodies, growing fatter with every passing second as they bite, as the person they're biting gets smaller.

This obviously doesn't mean that being fat is now undesireable - after all, it still grants you protection from regular vampires if they ever came back, AND you have more padding to be stolen, so even if you're attacked by a few vampires, you'll likely still be chubby at the end, while if you were only chubby, it'd be tough not to end up super skinny after fighting off just ONE vampire.

Anyway, some (very smart) people (they're bimbos actually so the smartness is only alleged), tried getting implants to still be huge without the size all coming from fat so that even if they got attacked, they'd still look sexy as hell. But now vampires have learned how to slurp up implants for their own tits too. I bet the first ones who did it were surprised as they didn't just get fat from their victim, but they got ginormous fake tits to go along with the belly pudge!

Implant vampires are seemingly defeated after they slurp up too many lip fillers. With lips too big for their fangs to show, the town is safe right? Nope, vampires are resilient as ever.
