Fluffy Vampire Headcanons
Vampires do not need to sleep. But that doesn't mean they do not like to. Especially if they can sleep next to their partner. When vampires do sleep, they wake up very easily. So any movement from their partner will wake them. Which means having a vampire as a partner is amazing if you tend to be restless or have nightmares because they will immediately jump into action to soothe you.
Vampires find eating to be somewhat interesting. They love buying their partners food and watching them eat.
Vampires get jealous in a more solemn way. They fear that they may be holding you back from truly living by being with them. So they often try to overaccommodate. So your vampire partner would benefit from a little reassurance. Reassuring them turns them to mush.
Older vampires often try to become well versed about your identity. Have it be gender, race, nationality, etc. They try to know as much as they can about you. However, sometimes they do miss the mark. They will try to give you traditional foods that stopped being served decades ago or reference things that were popular when your great grandparents were kids. They just want to impress you.
Vampires are very cold to the touch. Which means you can cuddle all you want without worrying about overheating.
