“This was such a lovely idea,” Caleb softly says, Gerard’s arms tightening the lightest bit, “We haven’t just gone for a walk for . . . For a very long while.” He continues with a sigh, Gerard feeling that sigh more than hearing it.
“You know, I did have an ulterior motive for this walk,” He takes Caleb’s hands, standing them both up, but he, he immediately going down to one knee, the gasp his partner emitting sounding thunderous in the night.
