Is It The End?

Claire hadn't meant for it to happen this way. She was a hunter but with the new laws, she could only kill a vampire that was killing people, feeding without consent. So that made her the bait. She had gone to Fangtasia to start her hunt. It was pretty packed for the night and finding a vampire that was interested was the easy part.

She let him have a little taste from her wrist before leaving. Just a taste of what was to come if he followed her. Little did she know that they'd caught on about her job. They knew she was a hunter and when she lured him outside, she fell right into their trap.

They carried her far away from Fangtasia so that no one would disturb them. She tried to fight them off but there were three of them. Slamming her onto the ground, she struggled to get up before she was pushed down again. One of the vampires latched onto her neck while the other two each took a wrist.

This wasn't supposed to be the end for her. Not like this.

She was fading in and out of consciousness until finally, all she saw was black.
