i really like the concept of medplay when instead of being the patient, i'm the doctor.

running my fingers all over someone's body as i name each one of their bones, pausing everytime i feel them squirming over the touch of rubber gloves. to examine someone's mouth, to open it as wide as i can and feel every edge of their teeth against my fingers without hurting myself. knowing how much this can turn the other person on, but i'll still play innocent, acting like i know what i'm doing, secretly tasting their blood when i draw it.

knowing they can do nothing about it, just stay quiet and still, having power over someone in their most vulnerable state. tie them up, keep them attached to the hospital bed, immobilize them.

feeling their breath on my fingers as i trace their neck, stomach, or chest. caressing their ribs, squeezing a little but pretending it's an accident, whispering sweet compliments and praises and telling them what they love to hear.

med play but the patient gets addicted to their doctor, begging for more treatment and saying how much they need the medicine, crying and being bratty when their dom says they're done, bragging about how their chart says that they need a long dose—pleading for a little more and saying that they will not tell the other doctors, so their doctor reputation stays clean and professional.

my work doesn't alow that, their doctor repeats as gently as they can, but the patient doesn't care, they need to be layed down and healed, they depend on the medicine, or there will be serious symptoms. they keep repeating the same excuses for more treatment, please, sir, my chart says that wasn't enough, i need more.

even after a lot of sessions with their doctor, they insist in not being fully healed, saying they have headaches and nausea just to get more checkups (which aren't exactly professional or appropriate for a medical office).

totally self-indulgent fantasy but i need a puppy to beg me to fuck him bad, tie him up and put a muzzle on him, tell him how pretty he can be while being unable to move or talk, of how much i like seeing him struggle against my limits.
