HEY FENRIS I FINALLY FOUND THAT HEALER!
@vanagandrr continued from x
Well damn. Not quite the response she was hoping for. “Not even to help me--? I’d rather be bruised now than bloody later.” In one hand she holds a practice staff, weighted and balanced like the actual weapon but lacking a true foci or blade. In the other is a tourney sword, the edges blunted so (hopefully) no one would be getting chopped in half. Though with Fenris she isn’t going to say anything for certain. If anyone could manage it...
@vanagandrr replied to your post: Reblog with the game that got you into gaming.
oh my god i forgot about toejam and earl
//I forgot the name of it and do u know how hard it is to explain that game to people?
“That game with two aliens that capture people. Yeah?”
vanagandrr replied to your post: I will only accept Andraste as an actual prophet...
Agree
See even Fenris agrees!
🔥 oc's
Well, lemme just start by saying I’m possibly odd (in many ways but shh). I have never played a canon character, I have always done OCs, and I respect the shit out of people who dare play canon characters and subject themselves to the cranky people out there.
Anyway.
I adore the shit out of oc’s, and I will follow and love them all. They’re a testament to people’s creativity (not that any other character isn’t) and they don’t get nearly enough attention. They deserve so much more, because let me tell you, as someone who has done this several times, getting your feet underneath you when you’re writing an OC is like climbing Everest. And it shouldn’t be!
The fact that oc’s are (for the most part) looked down upon is just bull. Why don’t more people appreciate them? And if they’re female??? Well, you can just freaking forget about it, because people will pass you over like plague. It’s just really messed up. Canon characters are great, and I understand that it’s easier to follow someone whose character is familiar and you’ve already bonded with beforehand, but people, give the oc’s a chance. When you automatically pass over a blog solely for being an oc, and I know that happens, you’re discounting that person’s creativity and dedication to this character they’ve poured so much into.
So give the oc’s a chance, people.
i don't like how you make me wanna watch once upon a time for hook like how dare i have enough things i need to do i don't need this bastard on the list.... or do i
Criticism time
*grabs your daytimer* Let’s see… you have an opening between this time and this time. Shall I book you in for Hook viewing during then? Y/Y
@vanagandrr
Those marks, the pale intricate pattern on tan skin, she knows those brands. It makes Vanora’s stomach tighten uncomfortably. One of Danarius’ pets. Vanora can recall his bragging about his newest favorite. The memory of it makes her skin crawl. She realizes she’s looked too long. Even in the safety of a crowded marketplace, it’s obvious that she’s staring. Quickly she turns her head and busies herself with one of the vendors.
