[ ALL OR NOTHING ] Do you find that your fitness goals (or any kind of health goals) are usually ALL or NOTHING efforts? . I am the type who starts small and builds up to intense, #transformational goals. My man Jason is the opposite - he likes diving in and just getting it done and taking the odd step backwards when needed. Both approaches are noble.
