Not yet. But in issue 19 you see Peter's silhouette digging himself out from under some rubble as Otto tries to access some of Peter's memories, and he referred to himself in his own head as The Friendly Neighborhood Spider-Man instead of Superior, which might mean he's slipping and Peter's slowly getting control back
