David found me on a bench sobbing my eyes out. I couldn't speak. When I finally could, "Those were his things. He was gone a year later. People just pose for selfies, ignore the others and move on. There is his wash pan, his brush..." It was so hard to leave. I went back several times and stood in front of each painting and the letter.
