This vegan panna cotta cocktail has the creamy, tropical tastes of coconut and vanilla. It's a fun new take on a classic dessert that's great for any event.
Ingredients: 1 cup coconut milk. 1 cup almond milk. 1/4 cup maple syrup. 1 teaspoon vanilla extract. 2 teaspoons agar agar powder. 1/4 cup vodka. Ice cubes. Vanilla bean for garnish.
Instructions: Put coconut milk, almond milk, maple syrup, and vanilla extract in a saucepan and heat them over medium-low. Sprinkle agar agar powder on top of the mixture and keep whisking it until it is all dissolved. Take it off the heat and let it cool down a bit. Add vodka and mix. Mix it up and pour it into cocktail glasses with ice cubes on top. Add a vanilla bean to the top of each glass. Serve cold.
