Silence covered the boy's whereabouts as he was walking down the sidewalk. It was around midday, although no one was out at the moment. The lunch hour at work had finished and it was too hot for most teenagers to be out. Although not him. He had some errands to run, although he wished he didn't. It was outrageously hot today, and he was sweating up a storm, already having his eyes set on a cold shower the moment he got home. Although he wasn't even halfway to the store. 

I wish I had some kind of air conditioning powers....That would be great right about now...He thought bitterly to himself as he ran into someone. 

"Oh!" He backed away in slightly surprise. "Sorry...You alright?"
