Ingredients: 4 cups diced apples. 1/2 cup caramel sauce. 2 cups vanilla yogurt. 1 cup granola. 1 cup whipped cream. 1/4 cup chopped nuts optional.
Instructions: In a bowl, mix diced apples with caramel sauce until well coated. In serving glasses, layer the caramel-coated apples at the bottom. Add a layer of vanilla yogurt on top of the apples. Sprinkle granola over the yogurt layer. Repeat the layers until the glasses are filled, finishing with a dollop of whipped cream. Drizzle additional caramel sauce over the top and sprinkle chopped nuts if desired. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.
