Instructions: Preheat your oven to 325F 160C and line a baking dish with parchment paper. In a large bowl, mix together chopped almonds, shredded coconut, pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, flaxseeds, and chia seeds. In a separate bowl, combine melted coconut oil, almond butter, powdered sweetener, vanilla extract, cinnamon, and salt. Pour the wet ingredients over the dry ingredients and stir until well combined.
