VANILLAMUFFINS WUTH YUMYUM TREATS AND DIGESTIVE CRUNCH.

Vanillamuffins with yumyum treats and digestve crunch.

Ingredients bottom:

75 g melted butter

0.75 dl sugar 

1 tbs golden syrup

50 g dark chocolate 

14 digestive crackers

Ingredients muffins:

50 g melted butter

1.25 dl sugar

1 dl flour

0.5 tsp baking soda

1.5 tsp vanilla sugar

1 egg

Salt

Oven: 200 C/ 392 F

How to do:

Mix the ingredients for the bottom in a sauce pan and stir till the chocolate has melt. Then place 1.5 tbs of the batter in muffincups (ca.9). Mix all the ingredients for the muffins in a bowl with a fork. When the batter is consistent divide it in the cups. Bake the muffins in the middle of the oven for ca. 12 minutes. 

Ingredients yumyum treat:

75 g butter

1 dl sugar

3 dl oat meal

0.4 dl cocoa powder

1 tbs water

Salt 

While the muffins are cooling mix the ingredients to the yumyum treat. I recommend you to use kneading hooks for that. When you´re done with the yumyum you place about one tablespoon on top of each muffin and woala, you´re done!
