Chennai police contacted Vanitha, urging her to provide CCTV footage to apprehend the perpetrator. Politely declining the request, she expressed gratitude to the Tamil Nadu Police for their prompt assistance but sought privacy to recover emotionally and physically. She appealed for love and privacy during her healing process.
