Honestly the statement that there is "no romance" in VIII contradicts what so many people involved with the production has said in the past. I'm not taking that article seriously. It's a journalistic fail of epic proportions that even Rian Johnson himself is salting about.

It came from a senior editor's cryptic emoji usage on Twitter in relation to the subject. To be fair, I only blame myself for getting hyped. I shouldn't trust authority figures not to play games with our hearts. There's still a slim possibility of the photos being released today, but suffice to say my hopes dwindle further with every minute that passes.

If people believe Armie is in rehab because Vanity Fair said so and Armie’s team didn’t deny it they must also believe the rest of the trash VF wrote. They claimed during the Lone Ranger shoot he was always wasted and would drive 140 miles per hour without getting caught. They said he was addicted to everything under the sun but ‘built like a tank’ so he hardly felt it. And they said saint liz was the one who convinced Armie to go to rehab and did so for her. Armie’s team didn’t deny any of that. Because the ‘sources’ were the Barbies and we all know how reliable they are.

I think the theory behind this strategy is that it’s pointless to respond to blatant, nonsensical lies, because it may only inadvertently validate the article in some people’s minds with a public response, by entertaining BS with any kind of response.

There are those who have already made up their minds about what’s true about Armie Hammer, without any actual evidence to prove that he did any of the ridiculous things that Julie Miller claims in both of her hit pieces in VF against Armie Hammer. So there’s no point in it.

You guys are not seeing it. No criminal newspaper report, no lawyer and no court room would dare to align the words "prince handsome" and "a beautiful person with a famous last name", with a *rape case* as written by Julie Miller for VF (1st article). Let alone for a victim to read it. There's been no problems with support Armie accounts and posts taken down and blacklisted (I've had to type 90% of Simpi's account before it appears in search). You guys are not seeing it.

None of what has happened in the last five months makes any sense to me, in a real world scenario. That much I do also see.

It does seem like Armie’s detractors are being allowed to roam freely in the media, running rampant with whatever wild allegations they can dream up, while his supporters are being systematically silenced online.

That much I do see, Anon. Which is why I am here.

If enough of us can continue to speak out against the denial of this man’s basic civil rights, perhaps someone will take notice, and, at the very least, give Armie Hammer his day in court, before condemning him to death, as some people have wished upon him, for crimes yet to be proven to have ever even been committed, and yet to be proven to have been committed by him.
