The nightmares come and go, but were still far too frequent. When they kept her up, the only thing that helped is to take a walk, alone. But tonight? It was too much. Even the fresh air would not keep the tears from streaking down her face.

The Keyblade Master felt so pathetic. Sitting outside, sobbing audibly to herself. But sometimes you need to let it out in order to heal. As long as she wasn’t dragging Terra or Ventus into it, then it was fine.

Footsteps, however, caused her to gasp, and swing her head around to see who had found her like this. She was sure one of her friends had noticed her absence and followed her out.

Instead she was met with raven hair and golden eyes, staring down at her. 

Of all people to find her with tears in her eyes... Swallowing hard, she rushed to brush away the evidence on her face and look away from him. He’d already seen it. She knew that. But she didn’t want to admit that he’d caught her in such a vulnerable moment.
