From left to right, top to bottom, my scale reads body weight, body fat, water weight, muscles mass, and bone density. I used this scale a lot when I first became a trainer and started competing in volleyball. It helped a lot with my body composition so I want to start using it again to make sure I know I’m guiding my health in the right direction. The top half is 3/31/20, after two weeks of quarantining and using the isolation as a “vacation” of my normal duties. My body was in one of the worst states it has ever been in. The bottom half was taken today and it doesn’t seem like much but it’s not bad for all of the gyms being closed. Body fat is down and muscle mass is up. Bone density and water weight are at healthy levels. I don’t really care about body weight because anyone can be light and have a high body fat percentage. I am seriously losing it a little more every day without going to the gym, especially without leg day. Both of them. 😭 But this is a time where I learn to adapt, be creative, and stay healthy.
