Team breaded or team soy-marinated? Had these two batches of chicken poppers to learn which tastes better and which looks better. I am developing this recipe along with my youngest son. As to the crunch, he does it better than me. As to the taste, we are still perfecting it.. Marinated the chicken thinking adobo would be a better option for it. But since we only have a small pot, these two did not manage to go in.
