I'm having an Ansel Adams moment with my tripod-mounted camera on the roof of my van. The sun is rising, and it's calm and quiet. My mind is running an algorithm of all the possibilities of atmospheric conditions. Will the sky get more glorious, or is it over for this sunrise? I love mornings like this. Especially after the shock of waking up at 4 am subsides. It's been a great week on assignment for @winnebagorvs in the Tetons.
