We left the mountains and found the desert. It was a clear and cool night under glowing stars and then later a full moon. Abby and I tossed our sleeping bags out and slept under the rock spires. The desert is so intricate. So much to see and it's always changing with the play of light on the landscape. This reminds me that ”Overland” is just a catchy term to describe using a vehicle to access gorgeous places and to then spend quality time in these places. This is why we travel, be it for rivers, mountains, deserts, or coastlines. No matter why or where it's the curiosity to see that next thing that keeps us going. See you at @overlandexpo West this weekend, where we celebrate freedom and travel. Come by the Winnebago booth and say hi or stop into one of our many classes and round table discussions we will be teaching. Hope to see you out there. . . @winnebagorvs @mercedesbenzvansusa @agileoffroad @bfgoodrichtires @zampsolar @owl.van.engineering @lightforce_usa @adventureimports @overlandjournal @adventureimports @inhabitdesignworks @dmos_collective @1upusa @adventurejournal @warnindustries @deadman_offroad @garmin @jacksonkayak @kokatatusa @roambuilt @maxtraxhq #mbvansambassador #boundbythew (at Overland Expo, Flagstaff Az) https://www.instagram.com/p/CUIMpQeFuys/?utm_medium=tumblr
