“Aye, you probably would’ve died way earlier if it weren’t for me and Musica.” Sung-Joo bluntly stated the truth in a matter-of-fact tone, resting his spear on his shoulder as he kept staring at the human before him. It’s been quite a while since he saw the other boy, and to think that not that long ago, he was but an oblivious child wandering around aimlessly in a world trying to kill him. But now look at him, all grown up, hardened by the hardships he had to face, and the people he had to protect, so different from his older self.

His flesh must taste so amazingly.

In an attempt to wave that thought away, the creature stood up and walked a few steps away from the boy, his back turned toward, he had to make sure not to succumb to his hunger, his doctrine would never allow such act. “But you and the little ones are fast learners, I barely had to do much of anything to  teach the lot of ya.”
