"Skrrr?" A raptor glances at the small green speck hop over a log, tilting its head in a nearly birdlike fashion and eyeing it from afar. His packmates shouldn't be far off, and nor should its pod of others.
The size of the green little raptors may wasn’t as big as their big as their relatives, clearly, but their strength lay clearly within their quantity. The hunting techniques of these smart devils were easy; albeit their attack was nonetheless deadly.
The Alpha of the large pack was current pacing a small puddle of water, her tiny head tilting from side to side, amber eyes watching her own reflection on the surface of the transparent liquid warily. They had spotted a supposedly easy prey only moments ago, and whilst her pack mates were silently scattering about the woody area, the tiny leader was left alone to the big raptor’s will; even though quite purposefully so.
When the small mixture of bark and purr finally passed the Velociraptor’s throat, though, the tiny dinosaur glanced upwards, her small chest heaving and sinking on a swift rate, as her eyes now looked the other over. Petite claws were flexing before her chest, her jaws once or twice clapping, baring needle-like, almost invisible fangs. She was hungry, he noticed, as her stomach grumbled, and she stepped closer towards the bigger threat, something akin to squeaking bark replying to the larger predator’s earlier call.
