Think they only trademarked their name for skateboard trucks, decks, and wheels. Just googled.
Just found the same webpage! Yeah that seems so general. If those are the only things Hufnagel has trademarks on then I guess its chill, but it seems weird a four word list would entail the legal limitations of trademark infringment.
