Throwback #MustangMonday to 2019, and my old #CompetitionRed 1969 #FenderMustang sitting on @tomgibson3783's Victoria-made #Gretch #VarietyAmp. . In a perfect world I would have kept this little beauty. It was light weight and in fantastic shape (thank you for being so durable, polyurethane lol) and its matching headstock was one of the prettiest headstocks I've ever owned. Alas an impeccable condition 1959 #Fender Harvard was offered to me at the beginning of 2020, and something had to be sacrificed because I had been pining for a Harvard for several years. As pretty as this #guitar was, I never really bonded with it from a playing perspective and so when friend indicated he'd be interested, I let it go.
