MONSTER: Honestly, Mufid's a little ticked that you woke him up at 2 am by calling, but when he realizes how much you need someone to lean on right now, he gets in his car, drives to your house, and takes you to McDonald's for a milkshake because 'you sound like you need it right now'. As you're sitting under the fluorescent light of the 24 hour burger house, he dares you to run into the Playplace when the cashier isn't looking. You dare him back. Now you're both stuck in the Playplace slide, waiting for the cashier to stop looking in your direction so you can escape the strangely greasy plastic prison without being kicked out. At least you forgot whatever you were upset about before!

COMMENTARY: God this flag isn't really pretty to look at XD I feel like it'd be a lot more effective if they grey was just left out entirely, as it really hinders the colors it's near. The pink and yellow are nice selections, and black never really clashes with anything so it's inclusion isn't negative, it's the muted, middling grey that really throws the entire thing off balance. So, I kept that color limited to interacting mostly with it's closest, least clashing partner - the black. I think it really helps to avoid how jarring the big bar of grey is on the actual flag, as well as giving visual interest! Additionally, I love this monster's design so much I just might flat out... Use him as a regular character.
I don't understand people who will support the SAM for aspecs and then turn right around and say allos can't use it.
Plenty of aspecs use the SAM because they have sexual attraction that's not romantic or vice versa.
What's the difference?
Why can't that apply to allos? Why can't we romantic attraction that's not sexual or vice versa?
The concept of having one type of attraction without the other doesn't change. Saying "oh but it's just comp het" (just because that's the experience of many people doesn't make it apply to everyone) or "you can't compartamentalize attraction" (some people can, because people experience attraction differently from others) doesn't negate that.
I mean, if you think about it, someone could apply those bad arguments to aspecs who use the SAM. You could say that gay aces and aros just have internalized homophobia or that romantic attraction has to be sexual or some other bs like that.
But you don't, because you realize that those ideas are mean, ridiculous, and outright wrong.
So why do you apply these arguments to allos using the SAM? What about us is so different that we can't use the SAM?
even in the labelclusterfuck headcanons (no hate to those btw!!) that are like, an obscure gender attraction orientation, multiple obscure aspec orientations, even more gender and gender-related labels, and a dash of a few others that aren't familiar to me, possibly even pronouns or diability flags as well, i never, not ONCE under those have seen anything like "pansexual but heteroromantic" or whatever. it's absurd to me tbh- like you can get complex in all those ways, but variorientation has not once crossed your mind? wha...
