I'm reading a fanfic where Harry is found at age of three by Bellatrix, who had been searching for him to kill him, but instead ends up adopting him. Harry becomes Corvus Regulus Black, later named Lord Black, heir to the Black family.
Using ancient magic to subtly alter his appearance, no one but the Malfoy family and Bellatrix knows Corvus's true identity.
