THE VASE 01 is a minimalist vase designed by Mexico City-based architect Brenda Ochoa for her new brand SPRING ALLERGIES. Light catches the polished surface of the vase, creating a mercurial dance of reflections that seems to defy the substantial weight of its stainless steel form. This interplay between visual lightness and physical mass serves as the perfect entry point to understand this limited edition vessel, where each of the 30 pieces tells a story of contemporary craft’s dialogue with industrial precision.
Tumblr, work your magic! months ago I found this vase at a thrift store, it had a pare but the pare had two branches coming out it & my step mom convinced me of not getting, which now I am kicking myself for bc it would of been perfect for my other snake plant that is outgrowing it’s current pot. 😭 I can’t find any markings on it indicating a specific maker & can’t find any information online but I really want to find the maker to possibly find more & buy another one.

Pot idea. Just a design concept I had in high school, forgot, then randomly remembered. Decided to draw it. The end result didn’t turn exactly how I saw it in my head, but it’s close enough. Wish I could make the pot for real, I really like it. I’d commission it, but I’d think that would be too expensive...also can’t decide on a plain rim or a gilded one.
