Boon Oude Geuze A L’ancienne Vat 92 (Picked up at de Bierkoning in Amsterdam). A 4 of 4. Haven’t had the other versions, but this is simply great -- a ton of oak notes behind a lighter, delicate funk. Some lemon and leather and light grain notes alongside a fainter fruity presence, and fades to a firm acidity. Some faint spice notes as well. Great complexity, and great gueuze.
