Wilson Woodrow - Numbuh 28th

The Spy

General Information

Wilson acts as a spy for the VATB, he pretends to be just a normal kid in order to gain information or manipulate events within Gallagher Elementary. He only wears this outfit when with the VATB, he wears his canon outfit at home and at school, although he does swap the hats sometimes. He doesn’t bring his Sccoper with him to school, only keeping his Flingshot and Buzzkill in his pockets.

The KND, teens, and villains are unaware that Wilson is apart of the VATB. He is great at stealth and spends battles lurking in the distance, helping behind the scenes. If additional force is needed, Wilson will use his Sccoper to snipe any villains or objects in order to help his team. Whenever someone comes near he flees or hides, no one is aware that there is a 4th member of the VATB but there are some rumors.

In Operation: E.L.E.C.T.I.O.N.S. Wilson fudged the votes to cause a distraction within both Gallagher Elementary and Henry Middle School and used wanting some of the delightful's cake as a cover. The distraction was to allow Ozzy and May to set up tech around the middle school so the VATB could monitor the Teen Ninjas and know all their plans. Windsor did the same thing in Gallagher Elementary.

In Operation: M.E.S.S.A.G.E. Wilson was the one to write the note, not Eggleston – Eggleston was just a front. Maybelle ordered Wilson to help spread the rumor of the splinter cell as it didn't just help cover for the TND, but for the VATB as well.

Fun fact! The quarter in this drawing is a simplified version of the Virginia state quarter! Aka the state the show takes place in!

More information/headcanons :)

— Wilson is Windsor's older twin brother by 2 minutes (fraternal twins). Often says stuff like "you'll understand when you're older" and "as your older brother, I" to mess with Windsor.

— While Windsor is a papa's boy, Wilson is a mama's boy.

— Instead of following in their dad's footsteps in the accounting business like Windsor, Wilson has decided to go into politics. He also has a great interest in US history.

— Has an extensive collection of fancy stationary and he takes good pride in his handwriting. He's especially into collecting pens.

— Also has a coin collection, though he only uses basic coins as ammo.

— HATES long sleeves, always wears short sleeves or keeps long sleeves rolled up. Oftentimes has to be forced into a long sleeved jacket during the winter time so he doesn’t freeze.

— Wears those stupid old fashioned striped pajama sets to bed, the ones that have a hat and is usually paired with a candle.

— If he were to be animalized, Wilson would be a bridled weasel.

— He's a morning person and early riser, also has a good internal clock and doesn't even need an alarm clock to wake up.

— He has a red tailed hawk named Tommy Marshall, but the rest of the team just call it Marshall. It mostly lives in the woods but comes when called with a special bird whistle Ozzy made for Wilson.

Windsor Woodrow — Numbuh 31-85

The Junior Executive

INFO DESCRIPTION:

there are no official records of an operative designated “Numbuh 31-85.” That’s odd enough. What’s even odder is how much the subject bears an uncanny resemblance to an individual known only as Windsor Woodrow, though his history, affiliations, and motives fail to match existing intelligence.

As Second-in-Command of the Vigilantes Around The Block, he is issued the role as their negotiator and as the “formal” front due to his silver tongue. Windsor keeps the team’s budget stocked, finances balanced, and paperwork (mostly) organized. Ironically, although Maybelle [VARIABLE NOT FOUND] works under him during Accounting & Son business hours, the moment the mission starts, Windsor becomes the one taking orders. He’s not particularly happy about it.

The KND Mission reports describe the relationship between Windsor and Maybelle as “professionally dysfunctional.” The two argue constantly over strategy, equipment, schedules, snacks, and whose fault the mission report was. Physical fighting is common between them. So are the VATBS successful missions. Nobody really knows how they keep making it work—but they do.

— A papas boy in the Accounting side of family business.

— Younger twin brother of Wilson Woodrow (Their Fraternal Twins)

— Pampers “Princess” and his Ties a lot; He has a tie collection alongside sometimes buys tie accessories (tie clips mainly) for them.

— Princess wears an Crown Tie clip on the end so when it goes snake mode the crown is on its head.

— Windsor has to wear a bite guard (he has fangs) when at night so he doesn’t accidentally bite himself while he sleeps.

— he also grinds his teeth while he sleeps so it protects from that too.

— You can find his sleeping position in the most fucked up sleeping position ever.

— Low-key adapted Snake-like mannerism to the point he could be a snake (his been hanging out with ties too much)

— His VATB outfit is an adapated and edited version of his old tie hunter uniform.

— Has many scratches and bite marks from the amount of rough housing and sparring with Numbuh 50/50% Chance.
