Vault 6
I've been exploring the Wastelands recently because I'm learning more about this game now than I did when I was going "HERP DERP I'LL JUST GO ALONG WITH THE MAIN STORY AND TRY TO FIGURE OUT HOW TO DO EVERYTHING AS I GO." Lol. No. Exploring has made me realize that I do, in fact, possess the ability to kill things without losing 3/4 of my HP in the process.
But yeah, I happened to stumble across Vault 6 today.
Wtf just happened.
Creepy vault was creepy, and everything kept turning purple, which I thought was a glitch at first because, uh, what. After being magically teleported past a door and into another world of purple beyond it, I realized that the Vault looked somewhat cleaner and more fancy than it did before. Not like I still know WHAT I JUST WENT THROUGH. I think I saw MC's dad though. I tried talking to him, but then he just SHWOOP disappeared.
I'm sure if I had been given a quest while exploring that place, it would have made more sense :| As it was, it was just like... really weird. Not a well-executed sort of back-and-forth between past and present -- though, I like the feeling of not knowing wtf is going on, if that makes sense. Leaves me speculating. And it was just creepy.
