Yesterday was the day! I said goodnight to my team at VCA Bascom for the last time after transferring my keys to their new manager. This is just a month and a half after I transferred VCA Winchester, which was my second clinic while I was dual-managing, to their new manager. It has been an amazing leadership journey these past years with Bascom with so many memories (including that one time a tree tried to fall on our hospital!) and I will miss my Badasscom family daily, but I'm not going far and I am ready for the challenge my next steps are bringing.
