Each act of the story is an inline-table database page. I have a basic outline for each part of my story that I feel is significant. All of the scenes in the outline are put in chronological/viewing order and then separated in “chapters” to help me with visualizing the structure of each act. At the end of the outline, I have a section dedicated to scenes/plot points that must happen in that act, so that I have a starting point to build off of. ( Like, if this big thing happens, how do character react to it? How do tensions rise in anticipation of it? )

Then, I have my character sheets that are just a full gallery database page. I also made a template for my characters that i use to save time. Here’s what it looks like:
