Is it just me or does anyone else hate the champs qualification system with two slots based on points 😂

Makes bracket play so much less interesting knowing that certain teams just don’t have to fight as hard for each match bc they’re qualified/close to qualifying for champions.

As a vct Americas fan it’s SO DAMN ANNOYING that m*br didn’t even qualify for playoffs and was the WORST PERFORMING team in Toronto and STILL somehow qualified for champs while teams like NRG or 100t have been fighting for AT LEAST A YEAR to make an appearance.

Unpopular opinion but I genuinely hate seeing the same freaking teams from each region EVERY SINGLE LAN. It’s actually insane that Chinese Valorant got dogged on last year for being behind (always having EDG and FPX in LANs) and now they’re the most competitive region (along with Pacific) and now have TWO ASCENSION TEAMS IN CHAMPIONS. NA Valorant went from being the most dominant region to actually looking pathetic now with two teams carrying them on their backs and now it actually looks like no other NA team will ever get as close again.

I always look forward to seeing Americas rep in the global tournaments but I ALMOST hope m*br gets dogged on in group stage again and asp*s teamhops AGAIN I’m so done with this ✌️
