Kieran didn't mean to. He didn't mean to step into the back rooms of the bakery. He just wanted to look for Kannen. They had a lunch date planned, and Kannen told him to wait for him outside, that he'll only take five minutes to get some extra work done in the back. It had been more than five minutes, and nobody emerged from the kitchen. It would only make sense to look for Kannen- what if the man had took a fall in one of the storage rooms and passed out? Kieran was just worried. He didn't mean to stumble upon a tense meeting of sorts Alfie and his men were having, with a bleeding man sat on a chair in the middle. Kannen was there too, by Alfie's side.

"I.." Kieran stuttered, back away, and Kannen had to pull the caregiver out of the back room. But not before throwing Alfie a frown for frightening Kieran. Kieran didn't deserve it.

"Yeah, no fuckin' joke, Alfie," Kannen hissed to the man beside him. The soldier is a bundle of nervous energy, holding a bouquet of flowers in his hands. The man seemed like he was about to jump out of his skin with how he shifted on his feet. This is the third time they're volunteering at Haven's, being far from London in the countryside, and Kannen wasn't being subtle on his excitement to meet Kieran again. "How do I look, cap'n?"

😒 Is there anything canon about your muse that you ignore?

i’m not ignoring anything on purpose, at least i don’t try to. but i usually ignore the part of his backstory where he was part of a robbery that went wrong. so he was caught and to get no jail time he gave away the name of the guy who shot the clerk. i keep forgetting about that, i don’t even know why lmao

but yeah, there’s nothing about his canon that i wanna ignore. it’s all an important part to understand his character and his actions better.

So I’ve always wanted to write an ancient muse? Not like a god or my kraken verse but like a character who has genuinely been around SO LONG that they’ve quite literally seen everything–––just like a character who’s lived such a prolonged life that it delves into some parts of the mind & psyche I’ve never been able to write in a character since most of my muses tend to be in their 20s & 30s! ( Mostly bc it’s just what I know being only 22 myself ). I’ve also always wanted to write an entirely HISTORICAL based OC
