josiah was done earlier than he had expected in the first place. he felt like surprising kart, so, he quickly got out of the parlor and bought a nice bouquet at the flower shop across the street.

then he went home and tried to surprise his husband-to-be with his favorite flowers.

“ these are for you, love. hope you like them. ”

A SMILE plays at his lips, eyes TRACING over the flowers, his face LIGHTING upon seeing Joey on the other end of them. He can’t help himself. HE’S HAPPY. Approaching, taking the flowers and slinging arms around Joey, giving him a few playful kisses across his features before giving him a PROPER one, foreheads together for a second as he EXHALES softly to himself before smiling wide.

“D’awwww, babe–––they’re PERFECT, y’didn’ need t’do that––SEEIN’ y’come home t’me’s a PERFECT sight every day.”

NEVERTHELESS he’s grateful with a warm smile on his face as he tugs Joey along by the hand into the kitchen.
