Fun fact! Dev and Hazel met up with Lezah to ask for her blessing before deciding to have a child, because they knew she would have one as well and wanted to ask permission first! Lezah is secretly very touched by thier thoughtfulness, and loves her pup very much! Even tho Xed’s ‘actual dad’ is in prison by this point in the timeline, his Grandpa Elad is always happy to pup-sit when Lezah gets busy with her fairy godparenting duties!! ;w;

I do have an ugly-aaa rough comic that’s EVENTUALLY going on the ask blog, but it’ll take me a bit to get there probably so here’s a comic script abt teen Vedzah and how they started dating (or whatever tf anti faires call it ☠️☠️) and a doodle of thier designs from it! I hc that faries don’t really customize thier crowns until they’re full grown uwu

Teen Lezah, sipping a slushie: ugh, being a princess is the WORST! My mom keeps scaring the OTHER pups away with her stupid guillotine, so now I’m stuck hanging out with YOU.

(Points at a teen Ved with her straw, glaring hatefully while he idly sips his own slurpie)

Ved: aw, sorry ta hear ya ain’t havin fun, Lezah! And, ah- sorry ta correct ya, but yer Ma guillotined me last week? I think it was fer, uh- apologizin too much?

Lezah: what, aren’t you scared she’s gonna do it again once she finds us outside the castle

(Ved shrugs)

Ved: eh, not really. Honestly, I don’t really GET scared.. my daddy thinks it’s cuz a’ my visions…

Lezah:ohhh right, your power…

Lezah: how’s it work? Can you show other people what you see?

Ved: oh, it’s an eye contact thing!

Lezah: okay, nightosphere, I’ll bite- show me something effed up

Lezah: NO. WAY. You’re scared of GIRLS?! You really ARE a GEEK!!

(Lezah abruptly tackles Ved, spilling both their slushies as she tries to pry his hands off of his eyes, Ved is kicking and flapping his wings, but grinning beneath his hands, face bright purple as Lezah flutters over him, barking orders)

Lezah: COME ON, quit holding out on me! SHOW ME THE NIGHTMARES!!

Ved: ghhehe noooo, I’m embarassed!!

Hey since Dev has a not-so-secret crush on Hazel.. What is Ved's relationship with Lazah like? Friends? Not friends? An "I'm forced to have a crush on you" acquaintance? Or are they the embodiment of this scene.

Ved isn’t reacting to the attack or the injury in the image above; he’s taken aback because, in all the years they’ve been together, never ONCE has he seen Lezah brought to tears, and brother they are tears of RAGE for putting Iris in danger (and everyone else too ig, mostly her favorite little human tho)
