Although I was thoroughly unimpressed with episode 9, there were a few cute moments I really enjoyed.

I love domesticity and feeding is peak domesticity.

And this is so dorky and cheesy that it's adorable.

THANK YOU YIWAH MY QUEEN. It's like she's the only one who remembers that Vee still isn't officially single and that is a big red flag.

I'm still having trouble recognizing Bar and Kan. My brain keeps expecting the Bar and Kan from En of Love. It always takes me a few seconds to make the connection. I almost thought Ana was Kan at first. 😅😅

Vee is such a dickhead. Always only thinking of himself and causing Mark pain. I don't condone violence but I can't say I didn't cheer a little when Mark punched Vee in face.

But then they are so cute together and I forget all about Vee being a dickhead and a cheater and just want them to be happy together. 😭

Omg are they going to bring in Ana and Fuse's story from the other novels into Love Mechanics as a side couple? Yes please.

I love how Mark rushes home to make instant noodles for Vee because Vee had asked him to before.

But stupid Vee is stupid and agrees to stay with Ploy. War is killing it here. The subtle jaw clench and nod really did me in. 😭😭😭

I want to hug Mark and feed him all his favorite foods to ease his pain. My heart hurts for him although he's really the cause of his own pain. Why he thought pursuing a relationship with someone who's already taken was going to end well the world will never know.

Uhhhh. How about no? Vee is such an idiot.

My girl Yiwah is the only one talking sense. Take a break? Sure, let's take a break forever.

Why do I like Love Mechanics so much? I generally do not enjoy series that have drawn out love triangles and cheating, and yet here I am. Maybe because YinWar really sell VeeMark? I don't know. 🤷‍♀️

YinWar really do have amazing chemistry. One minute they're killing it with the angst and the next they're playful and flirty.

Cheeky Vee and pretending to be put off Mark is my favorite VeeMark dynamic. I'm living for the handholding. Handholding does not get enough recognition in courtship.

I really thought Vee was going to talk to Ploy and my expression was the same as Mark's.

But then Vee ignored her and Mark's cute little smile warmed my heart. I loved War's micro expressions.

Mark's shy little smile again! He's falling for Vee and I'm rooting for it even though I know it'll cause him pain in the future. 😭 Sorry bb, I don't know what's wrong with me.

A whole episode involving food and yet my favorite scene from En of Love: Love Mechanics wasn't included! 😢

They might not be able to recreate the playfulness from this NG scene, but I still want to see Mark feed Vee dumplings. Even though they are past the point in the story where this happens in EoL: Love Mechanics, I'm still hoping it'll be incorporated into the story later. They better not have changed Mark feeding Vee into Vee feeding Ploy from the last episode.

I'm going to be so annoyed if they did.

I've been saying this all along. Vee is such a moron. Mark doesn't have to answer! He only needs to read and understand what actually happened!!! Jfc. If these idiots (excluding Yiwah) are the future of engineering, we're doomed. 🤣

I am thoroughly enjoying every moment Vee gets his hopes dashed, pride destroyed and heart stomped on. He deserves all the pain before Mark takes him back.

I love that Mark introduced him as Nuea's friend. Way to downgrade Vee's status. Mark knows how to hit where it hurts. Yin's expression here is spot on.

Normally I'm more of a fan of War's acting, but when when Mark pretended to have slept with Pack to hurt Vee, I was impressed with Yin.

Vee made me feel so bad for him. The pain and devastation combined with the forced lighthearted smile is *chef's kiss*.

IT HURTS! IT HURTS!!! It hurts so good. My heart breaks for Vee but I'm also basking in his bitter tears. He did this to himself.

I've lost track of how many times I've called Vee an idiot, but I can't believe that when he was alone with Mark and Mark was willing to talk normally with him, he didn't explain what happened with Ploy. I mean wtf?

Mark is one that had to bring it up! 🙄 Even if Vee wanted to respect that Mark was with Pack now, he still could have just explained what happened without trying to get Mark back. Any normal person would want to clear their name wouldn't they? This boy just does not know how to use his words.

I didn't expect the reconciliation to happen so soon because we're only at episode 8, but I'm not complaining. Does this mean we have time for some fluffy cute bfs stuff now? The heaviest angst should be over now.

Mark is so cute with that happy smile. And it looks like Vee has learned his lesson and Ploy should be completely out of the picture now. I still hope Mark makes Vee grovel some more when they get back together.
