Mini Individual Raw Strawberry Cheesecakes [Vegan]
As the end of college draws near, and the workload is at it's worse, and you think you'll never complete any of it, I always fell It's time to do some baking. Give yourself an hour and whip up something tasty, preferably healthy, that you can indulge in. At the moment my study breaks are confined to exercise and savoury cooking. Last week I made a delicious beef curry, a rich and scrumptious ratatouille, but also managed, for a friends birthday to make chocolate Easter Egg Nests. Melt a big bar of Cadburys Dairymilk, crush in some Shredded Wheat, and then shape them into little nests in bun cases. Finally add 2-3 Cadbury Mini-Eggs to each nest and you won't believe how cute they look. Maybe not healthy, but who cares when it's for a birthday!! This week I hope to make Vegan Cheesecakes, a recipe I found on the Minimalist Bakers blog. I will add the link so you can search through their great recipes and maybe feel inspired! Happy Studying!
