Tonight I finally made those crispy, corn flake-coated tofu nuggets I posted about a few weeks back from wearesovegan.com! I tossed them in with the Caesar Salad with Maple-Wheat Croutons (and capers) dish from Chloe's Kitchen and they were great! Their coating held up, even the pieces that got super coated with the dressing! I ended up baking them like the recipe recommends and not air frying them just because I already had the oven at the right temp after making the croutons. I have a lot leftover and am curious how they'll be as leftovers. I'll report back in the comments. Anyway, that recipe's a keeper!
