🎃 Happy Halloween! 👻 For breakfast, I had gluten free chocolate pumpkin bread & golden milk. How I made my simple gf vegan chocolate pumpkin bread: In a bowl, I combined 2 cups oat flour, 1 cup pumpkin puree, 1 tablespoon cinnamon, 1 teaspoon vanilla extract, 1 cup agave nectar and 2 flaxseed eggs. Grease pan and bake in a preheated oven, on 375 degrees f, for 35 minutes. How I make my golden milk: I heated a cup full of soy milk with 2 teaspoon of turmeric, a thumb size grated ginger, a pinch or two of black pepper and a tablespoon of agave nectar. Then I topped it with some ground cinnamon. Its so good and so good for you.
